Packet Holdings is the Singapore-incorporated parent of a group of technology companies operating across cloud infrastructure, applied artificial intelligence and governance, industrial Internet of Things and enterprise content management in Southeast Asia.
A holding structure with operating focus
Board governance, investor relations and capital allocation sit with the parent. Operational delivery sits with four regional operating companies, each with its own management and market.
Packet Holdings Ltd. holds the Group’s operating companies and is responsible for governance, capital allocation and group-level policy. Each operating company is accountable for its own market, clients and delivery, and reports to the Group board.
The portfolio is complementary by design. Cloud infrastructure provides the compute and hosting layer; the applied AI and GRC practice delivers systems and assurance on it; the industrial business extends that capability into manufacturing and plant environments; and the content-management business governs the records those systems produce.
