Group Overview
Packet Holdings Ltd. is the parent company of the Packet group, headquartered in Singapore and operating through subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia.
What the Group does
An integrated portfolio of technology companies spanning cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence and GRC, industrial IoT and enterprise software.
The Group’s companies build and operate the systems their clients depend on: compute and hosting infrastructure, private and locally deployed AI, governance and compliance programmes, industrial telemetry and control, and enterprise content management. Clients range from SMEs to banks, hospital groups, government agencies and manufacturers.
Packet Holdings separates board governance, investor relations and capital allocation from operational delivery. The parent sets policy and allocates capital; the operating companies compete in their own markets under their own brands and management.
What the Group is building
Mission
To build and operate the infrastructure, intelligence and industrial systems that Southeast Asian enterprises depend on, under governance and data-sovereignty standards that meet regulated-industry and public-sector requirements.
Values
Verifiable representations. Independence in assurance work. Data held under the jurisdiction the client expects. Accountability through the full lifecycle of a deployment, from advisory to production.
How the Group operates
Four principles govern the relationship between the parent and its operating companies.
Governance at the parent
The Group board sets reserved matters, approves budgets and capital allocation, and appoints subsidiary boards. Committee responsibilities are defined in the board charter.
Delivery in the operating companies
Each subsidiary is accountable for its own clients, contracts, people and operating results, reporting to the Group board on a scheduled basis.
Shared capability
Infrastructure, information-security controls, engineering standards and training are shared across the Group where this improves quality or reduces cost.
Regional footprint
Singapore serves as headquarters and regional hub; Malaysia hosts the Group’s engineering, research and industrial operations.
