ESG Framework
Environmental, social and governance commitments are set at Group level and applied through each operating company’s own plan and reporting.
Commitments applied across the Group
Performance data is reported by the operating companies once facilities and programmes are in service. The commitments below define the basis.
Environmental
Data-centre development carries material energy and water considerations. Efficiency targets are set at commitment stage and reported once a facility enters service; cooling is assessed on water use alongside energy; renewable supply is pursued through available mechanisms; direct ownership supports extended equipment lifecycles and responsible disposal.
Social
Technical capability is developed locally through Packet Academy, supporting Malaysian and Singaporean employment in infrastructure, AI and security operations. A proportion of Group compute capacity supports university and institutional research. Client data is protected under a formal control environment.
Governance
Board oversight of ESG sits with the Audit and Risk Committee. Representations are verifiable, assurance work is independent, and the code of conduct applies to every subsidiary and is incorporated into supplier agreements.
How progress is reported
Operating-company plans
Each subsidiary maintains an ESG plan consistent with the Group framework and relevant to its own operations.
Board review
Plans and performance are reviewed by the Audit and Risk Committee and reported to the Board annually.
Publication
Group-level ESG reporting is published on this site once the first full reporting period is complete. No performance figures are published until measured.
