Packet Holdings Ltd. established as Group parent
Singapore, 20 September 2026
Packet Holdings Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, has been established as the parent of the Packet group of companies. The reorganisation brings the Group’s operating companies under a single holding structure and separates board governance, investor relations and capital allocation from operational delivery.
Structure
Following the reorganisation, Packet Holdings Ltd. wholly owns:
- Packet Cloud Services Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) — cloud infrastructure, including the Serverlicious hosting brand and the PDC KL1 data-centre node;
- Packet Labs Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) — applied artificial intelligence and governance, risk and compliance, including the PacketX gateway, OmniScribe document intelligence, Packet Secure and Packet Academy;
- PacketDCS Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) — industrial Internet of Things, hardware and controller integration;
- MultiDoc Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) — enterprise content management, records management and document workflow.
Repositioning of Packet Labs
Packet Labs Sdn. Bhd., previously the Group’s holding entity, becomes its research and engineering company focused on privacy-first AI deployment and GRC. Its data-centre and hosting activities transfer to Packet Cloud Services Pte. Ltd. Client contracts, service levels and points of contact are unaffected.
Governance
The Group Board and its Audit and Risk and Nominating and Remuneration Committees are being constituted. Director appointments will be announced on this site.
Websites
The Group’s corporate site is packetholdings.com. Operating companies continue at packetlabs.com.my, packetdcs.com and multidoc.com.my; Packet Cloud Services operates online as serverlicious.com.
